Somos dos sociólogas del cono sur que utilizamos la fotografía como herramienta para nuestras investigaciones. Desde esta posición, el “Proyecto Narrativas Visuales” tiene como propósito, no solo destacar la fotografía como una herramienta importante en términos metodológicos dentro de las ciencias sociales; sino que también promover un espacio para los/as investigadores/as que basan sus trabajos en la fotografía.
We are two sociologists from the southern cone who use photography as a tool for our research. From this position, the purpose of the “Visual Narratives Project” is not only to highlight photography as an important tool in methodological terms within the social sciences; but also to promote a space for researchers who base their work on photography.
